Chocolate on My Tongue Lyrics
Sittin' on the front porch
Ice cream in my hand
Meltin' in the sun
All that chocolate on my tongue
And that's good enough reason to live
Good enough reason to live
Sittin' in the bathtub
Hi-fi playin' low
Diggin' old Al Green
Well you must know what I mean
And that's good enough reason to live
Good enough reason to live
If I die young
At least I got some chocolate on my tongue
If I die young
'Least I got some chocolate on my tongue
Sittin' in the front seat
Good girl in my arms
Smilin' in my eyes
Gettin' me all hypnotized
And that's good enough reason to live
Good enough reason to live
If I die young
At least I got some chocolate on my tongue
If I die young
'Least I got some chocolate on, chocolate on my tongue
If I die young
At least I got some chocolate on my tongue
Ice cream in my hand
Meltin' in the sun
All that chocolate on my tongue
Good enough reason to live
Hi-fi playin' low
Diggin' old Al Green
Well you must know what I mean
Good enough reason to live
At least I got some chocolate on my tongue
If I die young
'Least I got some chocolate on my tongue
Good girl in my arms
Smilin' in my eyes
Gettin' me all hypnotized
Good enough reason to live
At least I got some chocolate on my tongue
If I die young
'Least I got some chocolate on, chocolate on my tongue
If I die young
At least I got some chocolate on my tongue

I can't believe no one has commented on this beautiful song yet.
I think it's about having fun in life while you can. Enjoying the simple things like "having some chocolate on your tongue" and simply being happy.

Completely agree, but just to extend that a bit ... it's about remembering to enjoy the moment you're living in. Even if I die tomorrow ... at this moment, I've got chocolate on my tongue (and I'm happy).
