they have some sort of wicked,hilariot,unhealthy obsession with vampires =P but i guess this is like tricking someone into getting what you want when tehy want it too...cause both were vampires and they both wanted blood but only one of them got that blood...or so thats what it says...
i kind of figured that he fell in love with a vampire, and then the twist was that she 'sired' him, and now they can be the walking dead together forever :) romantic.

Yes, he falls in love with a vampire, so, in order for them to be together forever, she turns him into a vampire. Such a sweet song...a sweet sweet song, if I may be so bold to say so.

I love the whole idea of a vampire concept album (: it's awesome
"And everything's good and everything's fine and everything's bitter like sweet things should be, " I was thinking about this part, and I know a lot of their songs don't exactly have any deep segnifigant meanings, they're more like dreams, or abstract art. Anyways To me this phrase means that you're doing something you know isn't easy or enjoyable, but it's the right thing to do so on the inside you know you're doing good. As the example states, sweet things should be bitter. If sweet things were bitter people would eat less sweets because sweets should be eaten less. That was my take on it. In context of the song maybe this phrase is to mean that he's doing what seems difficult and uneasy, but it's for the best because he loves her. Just my take on it :)
