Considering it's a concept album about vampires, I believe so! =] When he says "sleep", I'll tell you...so amazing. I think this song is of course, about a vampire, and the aspect he seems to be exploring in this song is how they strike their victims at night (Watching you sleep) and how their forces are getting bigger (As big as the Russia the mapmakers made). Another brilliant song.
