This song's meaning is pretty obvious... about how we need actions, consistently, not just a bone tossed to us to appease us for a short time, or something that's 'required' by polite society (ie; asking 'how are you' and not really caring about the answer).

this song, really speaks to me. because i keep most things hidden, not many of my friends know what to do when i'm upset and this just screams out to them "hey, just look at her! you've been best friends with her for how long now??!!! go and be her friend!!!!"
I really love the song because it describes me perfectly. Like I've been told from people in church that I have it so together. But no one knows what goes on inside me and behind closed doors. Sometimes I just need more than a good worship service to know that things will be ok
