A rough translation to english would be, for those of you interested:
Oh, no one can turn back To what one has left behind No one can leave the "great" wheel No one even knows where one has been.
("great" wheel being a literal translation; what the lyricist means is that no one is able to quit halfway through the "continuously-spinning-circle" that is... life.)
Oh, no one remembers Not even what one has dreamed of (and) that little boy is chanting The shepherd's song.
(this last line is the name of the song: O Pastor means The Shepherd)

(It is very difficult to accurately translate all this without feedback from native english speakers; but, er, I chose "bark" instead of boat because it has, in both languages, a bit of a literary and poetic feel to it; and fantasy may not be the appropriate word but the idea is that the bark is some sort of a representation of an archetype - a physical representation of ideals.)
As for its meaning, I am not entirely sure but overall the lyrics seem to call for a reflexion on what is real, what has happened and how one cannot change that; and then there is the bark of "ideals" which seams to have caught fire and thus represents a big blow for improving and enhancing the world we live in.
