well i think the meaning of this song's pretty obvious. it's about this girl who's addicted to cocaine. and then there's also this guy who's just observing the whole thing. "but he knows the worst to come by the black in her eyes" meaning that he can't really stop her so he quit trying and he knows that eventually her addiction will do her in hence "cocaine is gonna kill baby tonight"
