the first time i heard this song i cried and i didn;'t know why...it just played out a point in my life that has happened so well and i honestly felt like someone was telling me its ok for once it just one of those beautiful songs that you can have to yourself when you need it and it will always be there..by far the most amazing song done by him yet
i would have to agree with you on this one. i didn't cry, but i felt like i was about to. i am not the type to use cuss words. but there is something about this song that makes it ok. they aren't just there for no point. i makes me want someone to say that "we're so goddam beautiful". i love this song so much.

I'm guessing, because of the lines "It's just a boy singing a love song" and "This is where goodbye leaves your lips" along with the beautiful stuff, I'm guessing this song is about a love that's ended and the guy is having a hard time dealing with it and is contemplating suicide?
I'd rather have it about how living ends in death, and how quote "If you're gonna go down then give them hell kid" and about how life is beautiful short as it is and all that stuff, but I guess that's not what Chad had in mind... sigh
No wait, I'm wrong. It is about life and how it may end in death, but even though it's short, it's still beautiful and you should live it to the fullest. It's not a tragedy or anything like that. It's just him telling us that even though life ends eventually, it's still worth living every second that we have.
