oh my gosh this song is sooo amazing. i love between the trees anyways but this song is a good one.

The person is nore important than any other. they are in love. and her words mean more to him than anyones. so if she says something hurtful, it hurts 10X more. your words will surely kill.

I just think it means that words can kill a person. like bullying someone to the point of breaking. "Your words surely kill" as in the person dying inside because of the nastiness of the words

society slams christianity all the time and creates a doubt but nothing compares to the words of god i am surprised no one got this one earlier but probably because of the mistranslation

this is my first time looking at the lyrics, ilike this song alot to me i think its about how people tell him he is worthless all the time [[this nights just like the REST; same RECKLESS phrases with different FACES]] and he has tried to not care about it, but he does. he is just saying that this one person who is saying this to him, her words hurt him more than ever, her words are killing him inside. he is trying to keep himself together for love but then thinks that maybe dieing inside isnt worth it, that she will never change. [i am hold out for love; is it worth it to die a little each day all for unseen grace]

i think that someone is bulying him and its killing him on the inside "your words they surely kill. and he is trying to take it to change it "holding out for unseen grace" also he is saying that its the same thing every day and he is getting tired of it "round round they spin like a record now same falsehoods built to be broke down" but he is doing this to show them gods love. as anthonybooyay said its "it is worth it in his grace" thats just how i take it.

I see it as both bullying and my very first (and last) breakup. The kid dated me for 14 months, said I was his everything, and ditched me, only to date one of my best friends 6 weeks later. He said that he cared, but he just ignores me, and his voice hurts me now; it no longer sounds comforting and happy on those rare instances he talks to me, but is perfectly normal around others, so it kills me and I die a little bit more each day...
