This song is supposed to be sarcastic, it's about a girl who is really self consious and its driving her insane. And it's people like Cheryl Tweedy who are driving her to this. Lily must have picked Cheryl because shes the perfect, skinny, girl band member with a footballer husband...

Thereafter Lilly and Cheryl started mouthing off at each other. The B Side was probably recorded before they met or before started hating each other. Is it sarcastic or serious? Ive no idea!
