"born with a heart 10 times to big, and if you wear it on your sleeve you're just asking for it to get hit," Pretty self explainitory I'd say. Basically, if you have a big heart and you give it away, you're just asking to get hurt. Kinda sad. One of those "Why do bad things happen to good people" kind of things.
This is one of my favourite songs. I expected him to scream when singing 'you win.'
