Can I be dreaming once again
I'm reaching, helpless I descend
You lead me deeper through this maze
I'm not afraid, I'm
Lost in you
Everywhere I run
Everywhere I turn
I'm finding something new
Lost in you
Something I can't fight
I could not escape
I could spend my life
Lost in you
Your whispers fill these empty halls
I'm searching for you as you call
I'm racing, chasing after you
I need you more I'm
I could never be the same
It’s something that I
Never could erase
I could never look away
I’ve lost myself
In you
It’s all over now
Lost in you
Lost in you
I'm reaching, helpless I descend
You lead me deeper through this maze
I'm not afraid, I'm
Everywhere I run
Everywhere I turn
I'm finding something new
Something I can't fight
I could not escape
I could spend my life
Lost in you
I'm searching for you as you call
I'm racing, chasing after you
I need you more I'm
It’s something that I
Never could erase
I could never look away
I’ve lost myself
In you
It’s all over now
Lost in you

Omgoodness wow this song has so much power and passion put into it. It's amazing. I think since it is a christian band that it is about someone lost in the power of god and having the feeling of being loved by god. i love this song. Keep em coming Red
OMG i love this song!!!
but no one barely knows it....
love the piano intro.
Please take care not to take the Lord's name in vain in a comment for a song so Christian. Thank-you... well, it's about being lost in God, completely. The persona could spend their life lost within Him. Nice song.
I am not Christian, but their music is still really powerful and uplifting, which is nice for a rock band. And he/she was just commenting on the song, BrittleWings, shouldn't take it so personally.
Last line of the second verse is "I need you LORD" not "i need you more"
the lyrics are correct, at least compared to the CD's booklet.
They used this song for some big presentation at school with massive screens and loud music. Very powerful and uplifting song. Until I read the above comments, I had no idea the band was Christian, so words to me feel as though someone has lost someone emotionally but is still involved with them, even though they aren't the same person anymore.
About not thinking reasonable of God's existance, but just letting yourself be drown in His love...in this madness...
:-)
mmmmmm. I love Red. My favorite song. It's weird that they're a Christian band... One of my favorite bands still though.
I don't think that it is just being lost in his love (not that that's not part of it). It shows how immense god is compared to us. We can spend our whole lives learning about him and still only scratch the surface of who he is. No matter how strong your relationship is with him you are still can't grasp everything he is so you are forever lost (until heaven anyway).
