I think this song is about a girl using a man for her own personal gain, but the man knows what's going on, and is trying to get away from her, any way he can.
I listen to this song to get over my depression from a break up not to long ago with my ex, who was using me.
I agree with zerg. The song is an allegory for a woman using a man. The story is depicted as a "vampire" woman draining the man's blood -- a metaphor for using the man.

Yea, their drummer vince is sick. He does that alot. Saw them live right before they put out prior to the fire and he was fuckin INTENSE! crazy weird time signatures.
