goodnight nurse are so purely ausum.
to me this song is seems to be about two people that were in a realationship and it quickly deteriorated ('what happened to you and me? one moment changed everything') and how he still wants her ('come visit me in my dreams') and regerts letting her go ('i can't forgive myself that i let go'). . . i think.

it sounds to me that the speaker is a self narcisist and is self destructive..whenever he gets to care about someone he pushes himself away because he is afraid. so he creates lies or something so the receiever will let the speaker go
