Full Circle Lyrics
Take everything out just put it back, right where we found it,
you, your hands in your jeans,
were you waiting for me?
cause that's how I found you.
Every word seemed to roll off your tounge,
like honey on my lips,
I never thought I could get enough.
You took me around the block,
but I couldn't stop,
I thought it was real.
the rush, so intoxicated,
I look back and I hated,
that I couldn't tell.
I'm lying alone on the floor,
just laughing at myself.
how could I ever go back for more?
Put, everything back,
that you took out, right when it started.
When we started... [x2]
[chorus]
How can I get back what you can't give out again?...
How can I face my mother, how can I face my friends?...
How can I look in the mirror and try to love again?
[chorus x2]
Take my deepest breath,
I just let it out,
I will be stonger.
You took everything out,
I put it back, just where you found it
you, your hands in your jeans,
were you waiting for me?
cause that's how I found you.
like honey on my lips,
I never thought I could get enough.
but I couldn't stop,
I thought it was real.
the rush, so intoxicated,
I look back and I hated,
that I couldn't tell.
just laughing at myself.
how could I ever go back for more?
that you took out, right when it started.
How can I get back what you can't give out again?...
I just let it out,
I will be stonger.
I put it back, just where you found it

I think this song is about that special someone that made her fall in love with him even more and more..but she seemed to find out that he didnt feel the same way... the line "I look back and I hated, that I couldn't tell." means that she hated how she couldnt tell how he didnt have those feelings towards her..and she also thought it was real..the love.. the way he acted towards her.. he ended up breaking her heart and she doesnt know how to love again. This song tells a lot.
This song is so emotional and you can totally relate to it. I think that the song is about a girl who is in love with a boy, but he doesn´t love her the way she loves him and she totally knows that, but she can´t see anyone when he´s with her and she´s addicted and his love is like a sin . Her friends told her that he´s untrue or that he´s not the right person but she couldn´t listen because at this time she didn´t want to hear the opinion of her friends. The boy was so nice and lovely to her at the beginning but then he became something she has never thought of. And at the end he broke her heart.
But I think this song could be about losing your virginity. Because after that some girls feel really lost and empty. And "you, your hands in your jeans, were you waiting for me?" sounds like he always had just this thought, that he just wanted to sleep with her. And maybe she thought trhat she was ready but later she found out that it was one big mistake and she regrets everything. "the rush, so intoxicated, I look back and I hated, that I couldn't tell." I think it could mean that she was too blind to see that he didn´t love her. And she did everything for him, but he never really cared.
I actually do think that this song could definitely be about losing your virginity. Because though most people would look at this song, & think about losing someone you love, look at this lyric: "How can I face my mother, How can I face my friends? How can I look in the mirror & try to love again?"
I'm thinking that this could be about her thinking that she was in love with this guy, then they had sex & he left her. So I'm guessing she's feeling stupid that she fell for everything that he did to get to her, & she's scared to fall in love again because she doesn't want the same thing to happen.
I think that in a way you can look at this song being just about love though, but she does say that "how can you get back what you can't give out again?" you can give out more love, but you can't give out more of your virginity.
Now, I'm very selective with my music and my tastes tend lean to the progressive rock and metal sides. However, I have a soft spot for female singer/songwriters, and this is absolutely one of my favorite songs.
As soon as I heard this song, I thought it was about losing your virginity. It seems like a realistic portrayal of how a girl feels about it all. At first it was intoxicating, but looking back, she realizes that it wasn't what she thought it was.
She feels ashamed afterwords. He took parts of her (metaphorically speaking) right from the beginning. And she says, "How can I look in the mirror and try to love again?" which could be seen multiple ways. How I see it, is that she's not sure if she can love herself again.
At the end, I think she's not broken anymore, because even though he " took everything out," she got it back, and she's okay.
definitely losing your virginity.
Agree that the song is about losing your virginity. While the lyrics sound poetic and symbolic, they're actually rather frank; for example, in the first verse, imagine she's talking about the guys member. He had his hand in his jeans, ready to whip it out, waiting for her so he could put it in her. It sounds gross but it makes sense. I think this was intentional on Cheyenne's part -- the song seems like it could have a deeper meaning, but she's actually just talking about a guy whipping his penis out, sticking it in her and asking him to put it back in his pants.
At least, that's one way of looking at it.
