Sounds like he's trying to resist having sex with her, since they're wasted, but it's getting harder and harder for him.. and if they can just hold out till they're sober, he'll still see her as pure.

great song...its very catchy. I dont have the Cd, cuz i got this song off of victory records sample CD awhile back. But i really like this band, im just suprised that it has so few comments.

It sounds to me like this is a mid-fight moment. And he's just saying that he gave the relationship his all... This is my favorite forecast song, and it's in high rotation on my ipod along with West Coast, And We All Return to Our Roots, and Some Things Never Change, so be sure to check those three out too. The Forecast rocks.
