addition to ruarchitect: i also think that "Dirty Lenny" is an allusion to Lenny Bruce and specifically in this context referencing a quote from Lenny Bruce, who said: "Take away the right to say 'fuck' and you take away the right to say 'fuck the government.'".
Makes a strong point that this is America. We have freedom of speech. We should be able to talk about the president and curse without condemnation. I believe "Dirty Lenny" refers to Lenny Bruce.
