Supercoven

I think I got a good part of it even though the whole ep is so incredible im sure there’s way more meaning than just this. So in the official lyrics it says “turn to the sun” but it’s always sounded like jus says “second sun” to me, and it finally hit me, after the “turn to the sun” section he says “for your sins”. I think the whole thing is a confession of a weird version of Christianity. Second sun=second coming of Christ, supercoven is the church bringing about the black god, the second sun, gods judgement. If someone reading this is familiar with the black sun/second sun/Planet X conspiracy theories this will make a lot of sense. What’s the church but a supercoven anyways

"Yog-Sothoth is the gate" is a direct quote from Lovecraft's "The Dunwich Horror"

I think it’s mainly just the Lovecraftian story of, I think, a cult worshipping Yog Sothoth to bring back the Old Ones. But I definitely think it has implications of the doom and judgement of humanity, which also probably goes with the Lovecraft story, but also just an implication on the real world.
