Wizard In Black Lyrics
A tower stands on the edge of time
Upon it stands the astral mind
The burning chaosphere seethes behind
Ours to see yet we are blind
The eyes of God look upon what he's done
And the eyes of Man look on and beyond
I am a god, I am the one
Into the chaos see my time has begun
The wizard in black reveals the sign
The chosen are ready, destiny realigns
Eye of ultra soul, together we join
Alone again, once again, into the void
The eyes of God look upon what he's done
And the eyes of Man look on and beyond
I am a god, I am the one
Into the chaos see my time has begun
Cosmic eye in the heart of the sun
Freedom rays awaken the chosen ones
The eyes of God look upon what he's done
And the eyes of Man look on and beyond
I am a god, I am the one
Into the chaos see my time has begun
Upon it stands the astral mind
The burning chaosphere seethes behind
Ours to see yet we are blind
And the eyes of Man look on and beyond
I am a god, I am the one
Into the chaos see my time has begun
The chosen are ready, destiny realigns
Eye of ultra soul, together we join
Alone again, once again, into the void
And the eyes of Man look on and beyond
I am a god, I am the one
Into the chaos see my time has begun
Freedom rays awaken the chosen ones
And the eyes of Man look on and beyond
I am a god, I am the one
Into the chaos see my time has begun

it seems like a victory song. "my time has begun". conquering that which seemed impossible before; a new found strength "i am a god". "destiny realigns" - a change in the person to see things in a different light. "eye of ultra soul, together we join" is unity with whatever it may be. then slipping once again into madness "alone again, once again, into the void (sabbath reference)." "freedom rays awaken the chosen ones" - its not all bad.
This song is excellent for when you are stoned. Like me now. The behemoth like moaning is like epic man. Fucking gives you the chills.
The beginning quote is from the film Let Sleeping Corpses Lie.
