one of my favourites off the new album! i think it's about people telling you what you should think and maybe they are holding back some information, some people just belive everything so that they let their life be controlled (i'm sry for spelling mistakes ;))

lyrically, one of Ians best - a lot of lostprophets lyrics are rather baand (sorry!) i think he has drawn on the edning of a relationship - something bad happened in it, maybe he's realised that she isnt who he thought she was but he cant help the way he feels, and it still hurts. maybe i am wrong.....just a personal thing i guess.

i think the song is about- someone lying to a perosn and that person wants the truth

i think this song is more of a political one, and personally i think its more about hiding the truth from the people of the world. I think its generally about the government and about making sure that people see only what the government want the public to see, 'hide the truth from my eyes i will never know' in my opinion means tht people will never know anything true about wot is herd on the news, tht small facts and secrets are kept 'under wraps' and the fact tht people realise this, they feel like they know nothing, which scares them. shadows could refer to people hu actually no the truth but have to live separate lives to others as they would be outclassed by millions watching the news, and if such truth was ever told it wud change the world we live in. it can also refer to war i some cases as well

bevanc00, that's a good idea. But I reckon Lostprophets don't do political stuff much. I think it's more sarcastic, be it towards the government and leaders or to someone who is blatantly lying from them, but I think they're being sarcastic, especially from the line "Tear the sun from my skies, I will never know" - if this happened in real life, it's be blatantly obvious (there be no sun, innit), maybe reflecting how obvious the lies are and mocking the liar
