I reckon this song is from the perspective of George on Seinfeld, in the episodde when Elaine throws his wig out the window. Some is directed to Elaine and some is his feelings about his complicated relationship with the wig.
I disagree with TaintedGlove. It's about taking drugs and having violent homosexual intercourse with groupies. Goat Bastard have always had a lot of issues with sexual orientation and this is a good example of where they have expressed their frustration through their music. I wouldn't say they have a drug problem but Morgan and Paige hit it pretty hard sometimes, just like every other band of this genre.
