Also The Title Confused me At First Then I Thought Maybe The people That Hes Talking ABout Maybe Called Him A Girl When He Was Growing Up Or Something And He Thought Of These Lyrics When He Was A "Little Girl" As They May Have Called Them Thats Just What I Thought

Kick me if you want, but I don't think that this song has really anything to do with him being called a girl. I guess it's just that he's fed up with society (rock star suicides, shitty radio songs, etc), and on top of that, people are giving him a hard time as well, but he's not going to kill them or anything, because then he'd be sinking to their level.
