Er its 'amazing fall from grace' (rather than 'amazing fall, falling') sorry i hadn't listened to it enough before i put the lyrics up
seems to be about feeling judged by humanity, and telling them to "turn their faces to the wall" I guess it's more him talking to himself, telling himself they aren't any better than him.
