for me its about to be strong enough enough to let something go even if it is hurting.
I think this song says about drugs, rape and suicide.
For me is someone that is raped and is barely sane, and start using drugs and eventually why nobody listen her she try to kill herself. (and somehow regrets) I don't know but for me fits.
