Hilltop Procession Lyrics
above the clouds and below the bark they're having parties
beyond those roots find a tree house symphony there
step lightly into my daydream after the yawning
don't worry about what's on TV, it'll just be boring
mystified and unified we know
half-empty but positive we know
there are no explanations to the things you see
in your mystery
so don't look to me to validate your dreams
hilltop procession momentum gaining
take me away from this food chain link
bauble among the bones and streams
woke up
beyond those roots find a tree house symphony there
don't worry about what's on TV, it'll just be boring
half-empty but positive we know
there are no explanations to the things you see
in your mystery
so don't look to me to validate your dreams
take me away from this food chain link
bauble among the bones and streams
woke up

i love this song. its so perfect. especially when it cuts into the peoples dreams and cuts back into the fading "ba da ba da da da da...". basically the last otc song. makes me weep.
This song is the best fadeout in history. The Elephant 6 collective is fucking god.

One of the most beautiful and important songs in my life so far. From my take, it's about marveling the fact that we exist at all, by being mesmerized that we're free and conscious beings. Everything is and always will be unified with everything else (we know). We're all here and we all exist and right now is all we have. Life isn't perfect at all, and we're always left wanting something else, but holding a positive outlook because we're alive and able to enjoy and appreciate everything.
Everything is a dream, enjoy it while you have it.
