I guess this puts me in the category of someone who likes sad, girly, emo-like music, but I really really love this song and its simplicity.

I agree with Kittycollartight, everyone can relate to this song at some point in their life. Definitely me, at least.

We always worry about life, about how we feel and our desires, and while those fears and anxieties are normal, they arent what define us. They aren't what kill us. They aren't what make us alive. The last line is crucial in this song: "All that matters is the love you throw away"

What love are we giving? Are we loving those around us or waiting for those around us to love us? What matters is the love we give to others. When we give love we are get life.

A song that shows you can still be breathing and already be dead. I think it's such a sombre yet pretty song.

this song to me is about losing someone who you thought loved you, who you thought you loved. but then it turns out that there was no love. the song is about losing love so much to point where you think love is thrown away and no real.
