Irish Drinking Song Lyrics
Well I stumbled and I am all drunk and full of smoke,
My wife said, "I've had enough, I'm sick, thats it, get out!"
So I stumbled down to Kelly's Pub across the edge of town,
And I told the boys me story, and we had another round.
(One, Two, Three, Four!)
We'll drink, and drink, and drink, and drink, and drink, and drink and fight! Hey!
We'll drink, and drink, and drink, and drink, and drink, and drink and fight! Hey!
And if I see a pretty girl, I'll sleep with her tonight!
We'll drink, and drink, and drink, and drink, and drink, and drink and fight!
And mary McGregor, she was a pretty whore,
She'd always greet you with a smile, and never lock her door,
But on the day she died, all the men in town did weep,
For Mary McGregor finally got some sleep.
Well I once loved a girl, a child I'm told,
I gave her my heart, and she gave me a cold,
So now I sit, standing here out in the pouring rain,
I'll stumble back to Kelly's Pub and cry away me pain.
My wife said, "I've had enough, I'm sick, thats it, get out!"

actually this isnt a Flogging Molly song....its Buck-O-Nine on the Album Songs in the key of Bree
This song is great. I just find it so funny - I'm not sure why, but it is just such an obvious explanation of a song - the title gives it away! I also hear a ska edge in it.
It really sounds like Flogging Molly. Either way it's a funny song.
This song is...the best party song ever...but it has a bunch of flaws in the lyrics on the page....ITs, Well I stumbled in at 2 am and drunk and full of smoke!!!!.........and now I sit out in the pouring rain, where I'll stumble back to Kelly's pub and cry away me pain.
NOT NOT NOT NOT NOOOOOOT FlOGGING MOLLY! That being said, its a great song. Buck-O-Nine is a great band and deserves their respect.
man, I though it was by dropkick murheys. wow.
You're SURE it's not by the Dropkicks? Because the version I heard sounds exactly like 'em. Maybe I should just pay more attention.
Whoever it's by, it's one of the funniest songs I've heard in awhile and great to sing along to!
I love this song!! And i'm Irish too!! Yay Ireland!!!
I have this song and it is Buck-O-Nine, they need to get the credit for this song, not Molly
