I think this songs about someone coming off of heroin or an intervention to stop someone from taking heroin. The lines "you sick fat fuck, you stole my brown", brown being slang for heroin, most heroin addicts are a bag of bones so the "fat fuck" part may be due to a non addict taking his heroin away. "wow, ow, huh" makes me think of someone in disorientated and in pain, "I sweat these drinks" the junk coming out of the system making the person sweat with the reaction to withdrawel. "and if you trust my eyes, Im waiting by your side" alludes to someone thats supporting the person through the hardship.
