A great power pop song. Here's what he knew very well. The chorus is the part of the song that everyone remembered and hummed/sang, and in this song, the verses are only a couple of words and the chorus is really long. Genius.
This song has to be one of the easiest songs EVER to figure out: She wants to get laid.
He's not mean or nasty. It has nothing to do saviors. Yes, he wants to do her -- and now she's asking him to do it.
