The dark, haunting sound of this song is awesome...

The combination of electronic noise and that disturbed voice has got me hooked

It's definitely about that Minotaur...but it also seems weirdly sexual.

These are almost accurate, but the first line is "I feel the Minotaur's eyes (the the second line, "on my tenderloin"). Similarly, the first line of the second verse is "I feel the Minotaur slide beside me in the room."

And yeah, definitely about Theseus and the Minotaur. Pretty obvious.

i was going to say something about those lines!!! i thought i was the only one hearing that haha

though to me the song has always seemed weirdly sexual like DeadHazzy said, even though the theseus and the minotaur thing is kind of obvious.

First of all the lyrics posted to this site (and most it seems) are plain and simply wrong. The lyrics should read (though I have no concrete proof save what I think I hear from the song):

Yeah, the lyrics are wrong. Otwaga's are the most accurate as far as I can tell.

I thought it was: "Gone crazy in a maze of dollar signs and traded days/Gone crazy in a maze of bling bling bling and blood red tape."

The mythical allegory of getting lost in a labyrinth seems to be complicated by allusions to prostitution and self-debauchery (romantic entanglement? artistic compromise?)
