Seven Lyrics

Bring that Jolly Roger on home

People might say that you're always sleeping
But you leave with your point of view
Do you think it would take
A disaster to make people see? I do.

Right at the core
Right at the core do you leave? No.
Right at the core
Right at the core do you leave?
I'm a funeral pyre!

But bring that Jolly Roger on home

What is it something about you can't say?
What is it something about you can't say?
What is it that you can't say?
Bring that Jolly

People might say that you're always sleeping
But you leave with your point of view
Do you think it would take a disaster to make
People see? I do.

Right at the core
Right at the core do you leave? No.
Right at the core
Right at the core do you leave? No.

Down
To the city underneath
The conscious areas of mind
But I hope you have the time
To realise
That you're alive

I know...

The people might say that you're always sleeping
But you leave with your point of view
Do you think it would take a disaster to make
People see? I do.

Right at the core
Right at the core do you leave? No.
Right at the core
Twisted and raw, do you leave? No.

Bring that Jolly Roger on home

Yes I know you're not alone.

Cover art for Seven lyrics by Forward, Russia!

I think this song is about the war (in Iraq?)

"Bring that Jolly Roger on home". The troops?

"Do you think it would take A disaster to make people see?" Would it take a disaster to bring them home?

"What is it something about you can't say?" The real reason they went to war can't be said?

"Right at the core do you leave? No". Stuck in the middle in the war zone and they stay there?

Any other suggestions?
