I think in this song he is talking about his ex girlfriend and he is saying that all of the memories and everything that happened between them he will never forget and how what they had was nothing that he has ever felt like before

These aren't the wrong lyrics, actually. They're the same as the song off of his debut album. But, whatever. Anyway, this is a really great song. It really hits home for me.
