I think this song talks about the apathy that is generated towards the world when being looked down upon by others, and how as a result of that your life becomes a mess and you are in a constant paradox of cause-consequence in which you see the rest of the world live, work and even realize how little they question their present,
awesome song, i especially like the instrument solos. i think its about people getting used to the daily grind, like its becoming too repititious i dont know, like everyday is the same.

i think this song is about having trouble putting order in the chaos that is your life, and seeing other people moving on and forward, going on about their daily lives, while you stay stuck at the same place contemplating your own pain and failures...of course, that's just my interpretation ;)
