I think the meaning is rather obvious: Making dancing zombies. Techno doesn't have to make sense!

WOW! No one here has made any kind of comment about how this song is in dedication to the movie Beyond Re-Animator. A movie about a Doctor testing drugs on inmates that re-animates their dead bodies. The "green color" mentioned is the drug.

Shame really how Zarla's comic no longer runs. Oh well.
As for the song, regardless of the flash mockup, one could actually argue the song has a bit more depth than just being bouncy and catchy to listen to.
Consider that it could just as easily be implying that it's not talking about 'dead' in the sense of 'death' but as in 'not living', the whole 'there's more to living than only survival' concept which's echoed through so many forms of media.
It does pretty heavily imply zombies, drug use, and a few other themes, and it's kind of obvious where it's leaning, but it's possible to look a little more in depth too. Even if the message may be superficially present and not really there.

Actually peoples. The furry video isn't the REAL video. And the song came from the soundtrack of Bride of the Re-Animator. The 2nd Installment of the Re-animator Trilogy. I suggest the series to you people who like the song. The movie is about a scientist who has created a formula to re-animate corpses. Frankenstien meets zombies style. But it hasn't been perfected as it hasn't been tested on HUMAN subjects. Just animals. He convinces a medical student to help him try it on one of the corpses in the hospital morgue and things quickly spiral out of control. The 2 sequals follow the scientist and his helper as they work out the formula kinks and create havoc.
