To me, this song is about a breakup in which the girl screwed the guy over. By the sound of the line "How can You still breathe the air that I breathe Knowing the heartache that you are responsible for" she must have done something really horrible, like cheating. I love the emotion and pain that this song conveys. THP really knows how to construct very effective and heart wrenching songs and lyrics. This is my favorite song on the newer album. It has helped me get through my own breakup/heartache.
