this song is definitely an ode to yohanna logan [read scar tissue]. he says that in his book that if he put as much into any other relationship that he'd be married with five kids. the majority of by the way is about her. i think when he says "a million miles of water that are flowing deep beneath this ground" that the water is his love and deep down, even though their relationship is over, he will still always love her.

This song may be about AK's relationship with Yolanda Logan..? I know they were together 4 yrs & it was fairly up & down. I really like this song..
