I'm still guessing what you want
But well I don't care at all
In the line to get inside it's a Saturday night
I hear a louder bass
And the black light in the club
And a freaky guy is moving alone behind
So many people are tonight in the club
The smoke machine is about to explode now
I have met a girl
He smiles at me and he talks
I must tell her what she wants
In a few words
Hold me honey honey honey honey
Give me money money money money
Hold me honey
Hold me in the disco night
If you like me
Don't frack me
I'm not one on the list
I'm tired and the lights make me see more than there is
My brain just needs a break
She needs to stay inside
For now the best thing is to go for a drink
If you don't like
Stop pick me
It's not the way to ruin this night
I like this place and this has just begun
I'm not one on the list
He smiles at me and he talks
I must tell her what she wants
In a few words
Hold me honey honey honey honey
Give me money money money money
Hold me honey
Hold me in the disco night
Hold me honey honey honey honey
Give me money money money money
Hold me honey
Hold me in the disco night
Hold me honey honey honey honey
Give me money money money money
Hold me honey
Hold me in the disco night
I'm not one on the list
He smiles at me and he talks
I must tell her what she wants
In a few words
She needs to stay inside
And my brain just needs a break
And I hear a louder bass
And the black light in the club
Hold me honey honey honey honey
Give me money money money money
Hold me honey
Hold me in the disco night
Hold me honey honey honey honey
Give me money money money money
Hold me honey
Hold me in the disco night
Hold me honey honey honey honey
Give me money money money money
Hold me honey
Hold me in the disco night
Hold me honey honey honey honey
Give me money money money money
Hold me honey
Hold me in the disco night

I disagree. It's more than a love song. It's deeper than that. Throughout the new album, Ed uses the female to make analogies. He even said so in one of their podcasts. When he says that he gives "her" his love, he is (I believe) offering the world a solution: love.

"Tonight, the answer is clear; we are so far and so near"

He believes (like Bono) that mankind has finally gotten to a point where we can solve all of the worlds problems and show some love. I've caught this theme throughout the album AND I've noticed that Ed has sewn this theme throughout songs in the past as well. Ed wants to see change. He wants to see world peace. He wants to see the world united as brothers.

Both as a standalone and as part of the DSOTS album, you can take this lyric as read. As a matter of public record, Jourgensen's drug intake was legendary even in the 1980s. By the late 90s, in his own words, he was grappling with massive addiction issues and had lost almost everything: friends, spouse, money and had nearly died more than once. "Dark Side of the Spoon" is a both funny & sad title for an album made by a musical genius who was losing the plot; and this song is a message to his fans & friends saying he knows it. It's painful to listen to so I'm glad the "Keith Richards of industrial metals" wised up and cleaned up. Well done sir.

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/
