I believe this song is a representation of a girl who has feelings for a guy and the lyrics foretell how confused she is about it, because she wants to know how he really feels and whether or not he wants to be with her, but she's being cautious because she's afraid of getting too emotionally involved. However, the line: "All and all this feeling will you bring you home again" might actually be an indication that he has been with her before and she wants him back.

This is a further look into her thoughts and an implication that she cannot get him out of her head, it's taking an emotional toll on her and she needs him to make up his mind already.
