The Rising Tide Lyrics

Blood begins to spill from an open sea, dead bodies churn within the tide. Attachment. They drift against a now reddened sea. These rising waters blush as their bodies decompose. Dozens of corpses buried at sea, they swim in their graves. They've proved themselves being too weak for this attachment, the tide rises, the tide breaks. I hope I have made my last point, for the weak have fallen and I now stand alone. They now all swim in their own graves

This song follows Knee Deep on the album and refers to an attachment that I interpret to be God's conditional attachment to humanity. Knee Deep was about how God m*rdered his child, and calls God a blood addict. The Rising Tide is about God's other creations/children being washed away like nothing. That is the point he is trying to make.

I think that they liked saving private ryan, and wrote a song about it. This takes place in DDAY, where there were alot of bodies in the ocean and oceans have tides that rise. And the ocean was very red. And he was not weak thats why he didnt get shot up wit dem gats
