Car accident?
Yeah, i believe this song is about a car accident as well, because when she says:

& to "heed her warning" shes trying to tell someone to listen to the warning shes giving them.

I always took this song as someone being unfaithful to their partner, and going off somewhere in a car with the other girl/guy to go cheat. (The unfaithful sun)
