I think the second line of this song is 'With prisoners from BSA and they're on the prowl'.
I'm sure that Billy sings 'Where's the wording on him?' on each of the three occasions when the full chorus is sung; it's only at the end, in the twice repeated muffled vocals that he sings 'We're still working on him'.
Also, I think 'On display credential He said shouted, fact:' is quite wrong. Surely it's 'On display credentials, essentials and fact'.
