September Song Lyrics
Oh, it's a long, long while from May to December
But the days grow short when you reach September
When the autumn weather turns the leaves to flame
One hasn't got time for the waiting game
Oh, the days dwindle down to a precious few
September, November
And these few precious days I'll spend with you
These precious days I'll spend with you
But the days grow short when you reach September
When the autumn weather turns the leaves to flame
One hasn't got time for the waiting game
September, November
And these few precious days I'll spend with you
These precious days I'll spend with you

This is a cover of famous Kurt Weill song made by this innovative band.
There's also a cover of this song which was made by Sinatra, but i never heard and i seriously doubt that it match this one.
It really reminds me of the situation with "The Man Who Sold The World" where the band took one song and made it entirely their own.
just listen to the lou reed version...
