i quite like this song but dont have any idea what its about really. i think it could be about a guy whos had an affair and realises that his partner (that hes cheated on) knows.
anyone else any ideas?
i just heard this song for the first time today, and right away it struck me as someone being scared of what has happened before happening again.
just as an example, say you let yourself love someone very deeply, and they died or you lost them somehow in a way which was out of your control... maybe you're scared to get involved with someone else because history repeats. everything happens again, because we need the repetition to learn from it.
i dunno, it just seems it was reaching out to love but being afraid and not wanting to admit it.
