This is one of my favourite Cribs songs. Maybe cause I'm sixteen and I'm really bored.
To me this is basically about being a teenager, but being a teenager myself I could just be interpreting everything that way.
i think its basically a sort of conversation between a teenager and his parents theyre telling him that theyd like to know how he feels ("if youre dieing then id like to know" etc) and then you hear some of the stuff from the teens side, thats the "im sixteen and im really bored" part thats the way i figure it
I love the very end of this song where Ryan says something like 'go back Knobhead', quality!
I guess it's about someone has been kicked out of a group because he's different than the truth. Ryan is in the group, but the someone will always be his hero..
