Just bought this CD (When We Break) on a whim because I knew the singer used to be with Cursive....and I was quite pleasantly surprised. Lovin' the music, lovin' the lyrics....awesome. This is probably my favorite thus far.

The guy is gay but he keeps going back to his straight life and his lover can't take it anymore, at least that's how I take it. The salt-in games to me means the games where he keeps rubbing salt in his lover's wounds by saying one thing and doing the other.
