Wow, is this even a song?
Well, whatever it is... it's some creepy ass shit.
I listened to it for a little bit and it sounds like someone ran a phone line to hell, then rang up someone else's phone, then left it off the hook.
Well, anyway, this song sounds to me like someone is suffering in hell, and they want to be erased from existance because of it...
I mean what else could it sound like?
There's no lyrics. It's just some echoing moaning and all kindsa creepy stuff mixed in.
The lyrics posted are right. Listen to the moaning. "Eeee....rrraaaassseee....mmmeeeeee"
A great way to end Further Down The Spiral.
well that's a real mindfuck. sounds so scary, but it's a bit too repetetive (or sumpn) i think. and thanks, just listened to the 'song' and noticed the 'lyrics' :D
i read the biography of Trent Reznor and it says to but this song in fast forward to understand it

Trent Reznor, I hope you know you've made a TORTURE DEVICE.
ha, its funny you say that, i do listen to this on repeat [not chained down, but occasionally in the dark and/or on full blast] read my opinion below.

haha its kind of funny you say that, the honest liar, because the bush administration actually used nine inch nails, among other artists, as torture devices on "terrorists".
someone in agonizing pain, this is just expression. we all have moments in our lives that we just want to scream and tear away at our flesh until we feel better. unfortunatly that doesnt help, whether metaphorical or litterally. but just maybe, listening to a song like this and understanding someone elses pain can help us understand ourselves and breath knowing that we are not alone. thats why i love this song. its the first thing i listen to if i have a horrid day, usually
