Jane the Queen of Love Lyrics
Once my dear is not enough
Let me tell you about Jane she's the queen of love
She’s the queen of love and she's the bane
Of we who know wherever she goes she will reign
She will reign (x2)
She reigns
Jane, she's the queen of love
Jane, she makes bumblebee love
You are the only one
Yeah that's just what you are
I've been so blue
Sleeping till noon, darling
Watching cartoons
But I could not ease the pain
I hear the phone line
And I hope that isn't you
Jane, she was my only love
Jane, and though our love is done
You are the only one
Yeah that's just what you are
Jane, she's the queen of love
Jane, she makes busybee love
You are the only one
Yeah that's just what you are
You are the only one
Yeah that's just what you are (x2)

Well, to me, this song clearly is speaking about Marijuana. It seems that way because of the title..."Jane" is another way for saying Mary-Jane a.k.a. Marijuana.
Wherever she goes she will reign, is talking about the mass amount of people who use it.
Also, Frank is talking about how he doesn't want to go back to smoking it, by saying "I hear the phone line, and hope that isn't you" being his drug dealer.
Ending the song, Frank states that she, it is the only one for him.
This song (and Jaina Blues) is about Jainism, apparently something Frank subscribes to aat least in theory. Got this from the excellent downloadable podcasts at frankblack.net
