Where'd these hålos come from tonight?

To me, this song means a lot. My cousin and his girlfriend were in a horrible accident on December 19, 2006. He died, but she lived. To me, it's written in his girlfriend's POV. To Wil it probably means something different. But seeing as he put "Where'd these demons come from tonight?" and "Where'd theses halos come from tonight?" I think it could very well be about death.
