End of One Train Working Lyrics
Always something on my mind.
I never let the words die.
There's always something on my mind.
I never let the words die
Where is the joy of life?
Where is the morning light?
Where is the hope I had?
Where is the hope I had?
Nothing passed the open lane
No one out there to be scared
ohhhh
Where is the love we had?
Where is the frozen lake?
Always something on my mind
Where is the train right left?
Where is the train ride home?
Where is the scarlet night?
(There's always something on my mind)
Where is the hope we had?
Where is the hope we had?
Where's the scarlet night?
(There's always something on my mind)
There's always something on my mind
I never let the words die.
There's always something on my mind.
I never let the words die
Where is the joy of life?
Where is the morning light?
Where is the hope I had?
Where is the hope I had?
Nothing passed the open lane
No one out there to be scared
Where is the frozen lake?
Always something on my mind
Where is the train right left?
Where is the train ride home?
Where is the scarlet night?
(There's always something on my mind)
Where is the hope we had?
Where is the hope we had?
Where's the scarlet night?
(There's always something on my mind)
There's always something on my mind

I totally love this song. Hood are awsome and this is one of the few song that makes me kinda understand what i am, i feel like if i'm talking to my true self... Never had a clue on what the whole The End of One Train Working mean tough..
I've got no personal connection with this song, although its melancholia suits me very well :). I think it's a unique piece of music, hypnotic and intriguing. I've never heard something like it, not even by Hood themselves.
