MASH GOOOOOD!!! This song is great. Why am I the only one to say anything about it? Everyone has heard it. Come on people. Let's do the mash.
It makes me think of Christopher Lee, Boris Karloff, Vincent Price, George A. Romero, Bela Lugosi, Stephen King, Bruce Campbell, Peter Cushing, Brad Dourif, Roddy McDowall, Wes Craven, Linda Blair, Edgar Allan Poe, John Carpenter, the entire cast of “Freaks” and a hell of a lot of other horror legends hanging out at the Carnival of Souls or some place like that.

i don't think many people know that this was actually a pretty big song in the 1970s. It's not just a halloween-time song.

this is the most timeless Halloween song ever, Halloween (my favourite holiday) ain't complete without it. I also love the Misfits cover of it
