Sincerely Yours Lyrics
So wake up, and let go
Of these feelings that I've had for you
It's easier said than done
So give up, and let go
Of these feelings that I've had for you
Why couldn't you be one?
But it's a guilty pleasure
Deciding whether you were ever mine or not
But it's just apparent
That you weren't ever mine to start
What will it take to make you
Understand that I...
I'm not lying when I say I need you
What will it take to make you
Understand that I...
I'm not lying when I say I need you
So don't close your eyes
Every night I catch you up
I never once heard you say stop
But right I wish I had
I wish I had the nerve to tell you that I'm a wreck
But what really did you expect
You never listened to what I said to you
But it's a guilty pleasure
Deciding whether you were ever mine or not
But it's just apparent
That you weren't ever mine to start
What will it take to make you
Understand that I...
I'm not lying when I say I need you
What will it take to make you
Understand that I...
I'm not lying when I say I need you
But now this broken soul of a boy
Falls in pieces with no choice
At the sound of her voice
He falls apart
But now this broken soul of a boy
Falls in pieces with no choice
At the sound of her voice
He falls apart, he falls apart, he falls apart
What will it take to make you
Understand that I...
I'm not lying when I say I need you
What will it take to make you
Understand that I...
I'm not lying when I say I need you
Of these feelings that I've had for you
It's easier said than done
So give up, and let go
Of these feelings that I've had for you
Why couldn't you be one?
Deciding whether you were ever mine or not
But it's just apparent

Understand that I...
I'm not lying when I say I need you

cried my eyes out to this song. pretty much my life story.
isn't it broken shell of a boy?
The name pretty much says it all he was sincerely hers and she was just leading him on "Its a guilty pleasure deciding weather you were ever mine or not but its apparent that you were never mine to start"
Yah this song is pretty simple basically he gets real close to this girl he thought the feelings were mutual. He thinks she's the most amazing person ever and he wishes she could of just saw that. He would of gave her everything and now he realizes she never felt the same. Now he wants to tell her "Look at what you did to me but you never listened to what I said anyway" Basically it's not like you'll care about how I feel because you played me all along and you don't even give a shit. In conclusion he got lead on and he wishes she could see that he needs her, and wishes she could see how she lead him on. He's trying to figure out basically though if the feelings were mutual or not..a guilty pleasure.
i agree. totally my life storry. made me cry also.
But it's a guilty pleasure Deciding whether you were ever mine or not But it's just apparent "That you weren't ever mine to start"
I had goosebumps while listening to this song. Its sooooooo sincerely beautiful.
MY LIFE and is it "but its just apparent..." or "the truths apparent...."
I'm pretty sure it's about a guy who really really cared about a friend girl. And she always had a boyfriend, but she made him feel like he was the guy getting the better end of the deal, and she led him on. "You never once said stop," probably is referring to when he called her at night to reveal his feelings. She let go and got with a boyfriend who she didn't want to cheat on, and he's still really comfortable with telling her stuff, but she just wants to end it because they can't be together and the feelings are too hard for her to deal with. He's still trying to convince himself that what they had was special, even though it wasn't because he always camne after her boyfriend, and he knows that he never had her, but he wants it to mean something in the long run. idk,
